Terms of Service

Last updated: December 6, 2025 β€’ Version 1.0

πŸ‘‹ Welcome to QuickCash!

We're excited to have you here! QuickCash is a platform where you can earn real money by completing offers, surveys, and tasks from our trusted partners.

We know legal documents can be boring, so we've written these Terms in plain English. Our goal is to be transparent about how QuickCash works and what we expect from each other.

Bottom line: Follow the rules, don't try to cheat the system, and we'll all have a great time earning together! πŸ’°

πŸŽ‚ Age Requirements

You must be at least 16 years old to use QuickCash.

Payouts: Currently, QuickCash only offers gift card redemptions (Amazon, PlayStation, Xbox, etc.). We may add cash payout options (PayPal, bank transfer) in the future.

Why 16+? Financial regulations and our payment partners require users to be at least 16 years old to participate in reward programs.

Note: Some offers from our partners may have their own age requirements (often 18+). These will be clearly marked.

⚠️ Important: If we discover you lied about your age, your account will be permanently banned and any pending earnings will be forfeited. Please be honest!

πŸ‘€ Account Rules

One Account Per Person

You can only have ONE QuickCash account. Creating multiple accounts to earn more money is considered fraud and will get all your accounts banned.

Your Account = Your Responsibility

Keep your password safe! You're responsible for everything that happens on your account. If your little brother uses your account to cheat, you'll face the consequences.

No VPNs or Proxies

Using VPNs, proxies, or location-spoofing tools is strictly prohibited. Our fraud detection system will catch this, and you'll be banned. We need to see your real location to match you with relevant offers and prevent abuse.

No Bots or Automation

All offers must be completed by you, manually. Using bots, scripts, auto-clickers, or any automation tools will result in an instant permanent ban.

🚨 Fraud & What Gets You Banned

We take fraud seriously because it ruins the platform for everyone. Our AI-powered fraud detection system monitors completion times, patterns, and behavior 24/7.

These actions will get you BANNED:

  • Completing game offers impossibly fast (e.g., reaching level 50 in 2 hours when it takes 2 weeks)
  • Using fake information on offers or surveys
  • Signing up for trial offers with stolen credit cards
  • Creating multiple accounts to do the same offers multiple times
  • Using bots, scripts, or cheats to complete offers
  • Sharing your account with others
  • Chargebacks or reversing payments after withdrawing
  • Attempting to hack or exploit the platform

What happens if you're banned? Your account is permanently closed, all pending earnings are forfeited, and you're prohibited from creating a new account. Ever.

βœ… How to Stay Safe (The Good Stuff!)

Follow these tips and you'll have zero issues:

  • Complete offers honestly: If a game says "reach level 25," actually play the game normally.
  • Read offer requirements: Make sure you meet all the conditions before starting.
  • Use your real info: When offers ask for your email or name, use real information (not random gibberish).
  • Take screenshots: If you complete an offer but don't get credit, screenshots can help our support team.
  • Be patient: Some offers take 24-48 hours to credit. Don't panic if it's not instant!
  • Contact support: If something seems wrong, reach out to us! We're here to help.

πŸ’° About Your Earnings

The money shown in your QuickCash balance is virtual currency with no cash value until you redeem it. Think of it like arcade ticketsβ€”they only become valuable when you exchange them for a prize (in this case, gift cards).

What this means: If your account is terminated for violating these Terms, any pending balance is forfeited. We don't owe you anything until you've successfully redeemed your balance for a gift card.

Minimum redemption: You need at least $5.00 to redeem a gift card. We don't set this to be annoyingβ€”it's because processing fees make smaller redemptions impractical!

πŸ”’ Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban your account at any time if you violate these Terms, attempt fraud, or engage in abusive behavior.

Flagged accounts: If our fraud detection system flags your account for suspicious activity, we may temporarily hold your funds while we investigate. If you were acting honestly, you'll get your money. If not, you won't.

You can also delete your account: If you want to leave QuickCash, you can request account deletion at any time. Just make sure to withdraw your balance first!

🏒 Third-Party Offerwalls

QuickCash partners with third-party offerwall providers (like Lootably, AdGate, OfferToro, etc.) who supply the offers you complete. We don't create these offers ourselves.

What this means: If you have an issue with an offer not crediting, you may need to contact the offerwall provider directly. We'll help where we can, but we're not responsible for their tracking or payment delays.

Each offerwall has its own terms of service. By using their offers, you agree to their terms too.

πŸ“Š Taxes & Gift Card Rewards

We're not tax advisors, but here's the simple version: Gift card rewards are generally not considered taxable income in most jurisdictions.

However, tax laws vary by country and region. If you have questions about whether you need to report your gift card earnings, please check your local tax laws or consult a tax professional.

If we add cash payouts in the future: Cash earnings (via PayPal, bank transfer, etc.) are typically considered taxable income. You'd be responsible for reporting and paying taxes on those earnings in your country.

Bottom line: We're not your accountant. When in doubt, ask a tax professional! πŸ˜…

βš–οΈ Disputes & Arbitration

We hope you never have a serious dispute with us, but if you do, we both agree to resolve it through binding arbitration rather than going to court.

What's arbitration? It's like court, but faster, cheaper, and less formal. A neutral arbitrator listens to both sides and makes a decision.

Why? Lawsuits are expensive and slow. Arbitration saves time and money for everyone.

By using QuickCash, you agree to arbitration and waive your right to sue in court or participate in a class-action lawsuit.

(If you live in a jurisdiction where arbitration clauses aren't enforceable, this section doesn't apply to you.)

πŸ“ Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top and notify you via email or a banner on the site.

Continuing to use QuickCash after changes means you accept the new Terms. If you don't agree, you can close your account (but please withdraw your balance first!).
